Question 1

What is Chatblix and who is it built for?

Accepted Answer

Chatblix is a unified messaging platform for support, sales, and marketing teams. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, and live chat into one inbox with AI assist, CRM, and bulk campaigns built in.

Question 2

How do I import my existing contacts and conversation history?

Accepted Answer

Import contacts via CSV upload, sync from HubSpot or Google Contacts, or push them in through our REST API. WhatsApp and Instagram conversation history is auto-attached once the channel is connected.

Question 3

Can I segment customers and trigger automations from CRM data?

Accepted Answer

Yes — build dynamic segments from tags, properties, lifecycle stage, or message activity, then trigger broadcasts, journeys, or assignments when a contact enters or leaves the segment.

Question 4

Which messaging channels does the unified inbox support?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Gmail, TikTok, and our embeddable website live chat. Each channel keeps its native features (reactions, voice notes, quick replies) inside one shared view.

Question 5

How does conversation routing and assignment work?

Accepted Answer

Set round-robin, skills-based, or load-balanced routing per channel or inbox. Agents see only what they're assigned to, while supervisors get a global view with reassign, snooze, and watch options.

Question 6

Can multiple agents collaborate on the same conversation?

Accepted Answer

Yes — leave private internal notes, @mention teammates, share canned replies, and hand off threads without losing context. Conflict prevention warns when two agents are typing in the same chat.

Question 7

How is the AI chatbot trained on my business data?

Accepted Answer

Upload PDFs, FAQs, help articles, or a sitemap. The bot indexes them, learns your brand voice, and answers in seconds. You can preview every answer and refine sources from the knowledge base view.

Question 8

When does the chatbot hand off to a human agent?

Accepted Answer

Configure handoff triggers by intent, sentiment, customer tag, business hours, or an explicit "talk to human" request. Full conversation history is transferred so the agent never starts cold.

Question 9

Does the chatbot support multiple languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it auto-detects 30+ languages and responds in the customer's language. You can also lock individual flows to a specific locale or override translations per intent.

Question 10

How do I run a bulk WhatsApp campaign without getting flagged?

Accepted Answer

Use Meta-approved templates, warm up your number with our pacing guide, segment carefully, and personalize variables. Chatblix throttles sends and reports delivery, read, and opt-out signals in real time.

Question 11

Can I schedule campaigns and personalize each message?

Accepted Answer

Yes — schedule sends by recipient timezone, A/B test variants, and insert dynamic fields (name, order ID, last product viewed) into both text and media templates.

Question 12

What metrics do I get after a bulk send?

Accepted Answer

A per-campaign report shows sent, delivered, read, replied, click-through, unsubscribed, and revenue attributed (when paired with the e-commerce integration). Export to CSV or pipe into your warehouse.
